Refund Policy

Due to the nature of DTF printed clothing, we have a limited return and refund policy.

We only accept returns or refunds under specific conditions outlined below.
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

* Custom or personalized designs
* Incorrect size selection by the customer
* Change of mind after receiving the order

👉 Please check the size chart carefully before ordering.
We accept returns or exchanges only if:

* The item is defective (printing error, damaged fabric)
* You received the wrong item

To be eligible:

* Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
* Return request must be made within [24–48 hours] of delivery
* Approved refunds will be processed via:
    * Cash refund (if applicable) or
    * Wallet transfer / bank transfer / store credit
* Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side

To request a return:

1. Contact us via WhatsApp within the allowed time
2. Send:
    * Order number
    * Clear photos of the issue
   3. Wait for confirmation before sending the item back
